Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including the private pool, spa, BBQ, and outdoor lounge areas. You’ll have full use of the kitchen, living and dining spaces, and all three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The home also includes a washer and dryer for guest convenience and private driveway parking (no garage access).

Other things to note
This home is registered with the City of Palm Springs and follows all local vacation rental regulations. The city’s quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM, and outdoor music is not permitted at any time.

Guests must be 25 or older to book and will be asked to provide a copy of a valid ID upon booking, as required by city ordinance.

Guests staying 28 nights or longer are responsible for the gas and electric usage based on meter reads and check in and check out.
