The third floor also features a second & third bedroom with queen beds, a bathroom , and a private balcony. The second floor features a living room, kitchen, dining area, half bath, and laundry room with a balcony off the back.

Within walking distance to most of Downtown Savannah. Short Uber rides or public transit within walking distance as well.

There is one designated parking spot at the rear of the home that is marked 311 in the parking lot. There is also additional free parking directly in front of the house on the street. The street is pretty quiet and there are almost always additional spots directly out front. There is a porch on each floor in the back on the second and third floors. There is also a private balcony at the front of the house off the master bedroom.
