Take advantage of the propane grill and enjoy your favorite meals on those perfect Havasu evenings in our outdoor dining area with seating for six. With a warming fire pit table, perfect for making a tasty treat and sun loungers to bask in the sun, this backyard is crafted for your ultimate comfort.

KITCHEN
Indulge in your culinary dream in this fully equipped kitchen! Featuring a fully stocked coffee bar, offering all essentials to create the perfect meal and seamlessly flowing into the living room, this space is perfect for enjoying good company.

DINING
There is plenty of dining space here at Havasu Horizon! With stunning lake views, the indoor dining table offers seating for six with four bar stools along the kitchen bar and 3 stools along the breakfast bar. Taking it outside, the outdoor dining area offers seating for six.

LIVING
Step into the space of relaxation and comfort! Boasting a large sectional with a chaise lounge, complete with a SmartTV for endless viewing options. Positioned right off of the kitchen, this area is perfect for unwinding after a long day on the lake or making lasting memories with one`s around.

Bedroom 1 – Primary Bedroom: King bed, primary bath with dual vanity sink, soaking tub and walk-in shower. Walk-in closet with tons of storage. (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2 – Front bedroom: Queen bed, right next to hall bathroom with single vanity sink and shower/tub combo. (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3 – Second bedroom: Queen bed, right next to hall bathroom with single vanity sink and shower/tub combo.(Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 4 – Bunk room: Two twin bunks, down the hall from the hall bathroom with single vanity sink and shower/tub combo. (Sleeps 4)

During your stay at Havasu Horizon, you will have exclusive access to the property and all of the amenities we have to offer. To ensure your privacy, our backyard is fully enclosed, providing a secluded and tranquil space for your enjoyment. You can enter Havasu Horizon at any time using our secure and convenient keyless entry system.

*Please note: guests will not have access to the garage.

QUIET HOURS
We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in observing the designated quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. By doing so, you contribute to maintaining the tranquility of the neighborhood and upholding our reputation as considerate and respectful neighbors.

SMOKING
To maintain the pristine ambiance of Havasu Horizon, we kindly request that there be no smoking inside the house. In the event that smoke is detected, a fee of $500 will be applied to your reservation. We have provided an uncovered backyard space where smoking is permitted. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in upholding these guidelines.
