Welcome to your personal-private oasis where you can take your Havasu getaway to the next level! Enjoy a resort-style backyard equipped with a brand new pool and spa, covered patio with misters, outdoor dining for eight, large fire pit with comfortable seating around, Nexgrill flat-top griddle, sun loungers, and a Samsung soundbar to bring the tunes outside. This backyard is tailored to maximize the superior outdoor lifestyle here in Lake Havasu.
KITCHEN
This open concept fully equipped kitchen has all the amenities and essentials you will need on your getaway. Featuring an oversized island with bar-height seating for three, an electric stove, oven, toaster, air fryer, full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, k-cup coffee maker, blender, and electric cooktop.
DINING
There is plenty of dining space here at Havasu Hideaway. The indoor dining room offers dining for six around the spacious table along with three comfortable bar-height seats along the kitchen island. For those amazing Havasu evenings there is also outdoor dining for eight.
LIVING
Our spacious living area features a large sectional for comfy lounging. Enjoy your favorite shows and programs with the Samsung surround sound system and subwoofer. The automatic sun shades make it easy to control the lighting, adding a touch of convenience. The interior is styled for both comfort and simplicity, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Slide open the large door to connect the living space to the backyard seamlessly, providing an indoor-outdoor experience. Make yourself at home in this modern and inviting space, where relaxation meets convenience.

Bedroom 1 – Primary Bedroom: King bed, primary bath with dual vanity and walk-in shower. Walk-in closet with tons of storage. (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2 – Front Guest Bedroom: Two full beds. Next to the hall bathroom with shower/tub combo and single vanity. (Sleeps 4)
Bedroom 3 – Second Guest Bedroom: Two full beds. Down the hall from the hall bathroom with shower/tub combo and single vanity. (Sleeps 4)
GARAGE + PARKING
The garage features full climate control, games for all to enjoy along with a relaxing seating area to kick your feet up and watch your favorite shows or sporting events on the Samsung TV with surround sound system. Fun games including dart board, mini golf, Connect 4, ax throwing game, board games and more. There is a full size additional refrigerator and freezer to store additional beverages or food items for your convenience . We also offer a Lectron 40 AMP electric vehicle charging station for those charging needs. This space is a great place to either relax or have a little fun whether it be during the day with family and friends or at night when you can turn off the lights and get the disco ball rolling to keep the fun going into the evening.

During your stay at Havasu Hideaway, you will have exclusive access to the property and all of the amenities we have to offer. To ensure your privacy, our backyard is fully enclosed, providing a secluded and tranquil space for your enjoyment. You can enter Havasu Hideaway at any time using our secure and convenient keyless entry system.
POOL/SPA HEAT
Please note the following information for pool/spa heating:
Advance Notice: To ensure the pool is perfectly warm upon your arrival, please request heating at least 3 days in advance.
Initial Heating Cost: Getting the pool to your desired temperature requires a $395 fee.
Daily Maintenance Fee: Maintaining the perfect temperature comes with a daily cost of $95.
Spa Heat: The spa can be heated for $45 per night from 5:00PM to 10:00PM. Please let me know if you would like to use it and I can turn it on remotely for you!
Payment: These charges are to be paid upfront. Please let us know how many days you`d like the spa heated during your stay.
QUIET HOURS
We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in observing the designated quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
EV CHARGING
Please note the following information for EV Charging.
We offer an EV charging station for guests at a rate of $40 per day. If you plan to use the charging station, please inform us in advance to ensure availability upon arrival.
SMOKING
To maintain the pristine ambiance of Havasu Hideaway, we kindly request that there be no smoking inside the house. In the event that smoke is detected, a fee of $500 will be applied to your reservation. We have provided an uncovered backyard space where smoking is permitted. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in upholding these guidelines.
