The Layout:
This villa offers something most Tulum rentals don't: genuine privacy within your group. The main house holds two bedrooms on the upper floor, while the third bedroom sits in a fully independent casita studio at the back of the garden, steps from the pool.

Main House (2 bedrooms):
The ground floor opens into a bright living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that fold completely open to the garden and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, full-size refrigerator, and everything you need to cook. A floating concrete staircase leads up to two bedrooms—both with king beds, A/C, ceiling fans, built-in closets, and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in rain showers. One bedroom includes a private balcony with a hammock overlooking the garden.

Private Casita Studio (1 bedroom):
The third bedroom is a self-contained studio at the back of the property, separated from the main house by the pool and garden. It has its own entrance, kitchenette with mini-fridge and stovetop, king bed, A/C, ceiling fan, and private bathroom. This setup works well for guests who want their own space, late-night arrivals, or anyone who likes to sleep in while others start their day poolside.

Outdoor Spaces:
The private pool sits at the center of the garden, surrounded by palms and manicured lawn with stepping stone paths. There's covered outdoor seating by the pool for morning coffee or evening drinks.
The rooftop terrace is a highlight—a spacious lounge area shaded by a solar panel pergola, with comfortable seating and views over the neighborhood's jungle canopy.
