Gut: Check-in, Kommunikation und Lage
Check-in was extremely smooth. A manager was on-site and let us into the apartment right when our taxi arrived, which made the process very easy.The location is excellent—within about a 10-minute walk of İstiklal Avenue and Taksim Square. It’s a lively area, so there is some noise, but it didn’t bother us much.The apartment was generally clean, though a few items listed as “Essentials” (such as a washing machine, dining table, and hair dryer) were initially missing. After we contacted the manager, they promptly delivered everything the next day—even installing a washing machine—which we really appreciated. They also provided additional silverware, glasses, and dishes.One thing worth noting is that none of the places I’ve stayed in Turkey have provided basic consumables like soap, shampoo, or dish detergent. However, we expected this based on prior experience in Istanbul, so it wasn’t an issue for us.
