Overall, it was good. I would say though the exterior of the place wasn’t exactly what it upholds in the photos and I will say it’s a little more “sketchy”. Laundry you have to go outside and do, The shower head is a little low and overall the exterior was very different from the interior, as well parking in the actual provided spot was merely impossible but street parking wasn’t horrible. The inside was nice and upheld well, As well very much did the job. Overall not a horrible stay, would recommend.

This place was amazing, there was plenty of space for our kids and ourselves. All the people we came across were super friendly and helpful. There's a 711 across the street that came in handy. David the host was always very kind and welcoming.I would definitely stay here again, the price was perfect and the location was great.

One of the bathrooms is a little run down compared to the rest of the place. Everything thing else was accurate. I didnt expect the AC to inly come from the main living room so the rooms took a while to cool down

Overall i would say it was a pleasant experience. The place was clean and nice looking, but don't expect anything fancy. It had an odor that went away once we lit up some candles and it was a little annoying that we did have to purchase trash bags and toilet paper. The parking spot is extremely tight and we were better off parking on the road. The price and the location is something you simply cannot beat.

Communication and information from host was great! Very spacious, plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. Pretty clean. Only few complaints is there was no towel rack in one of the bathrooms ( broken off) and it’s pretty visibly dated in there. But the bathroom in the double room is really nice. Most of the furniture was nice, but the lampshade in the living room fell off and was being held on with tape. Also we had to buy toilet paper which was an inconvenience. Only 1 roll in each bathroom, so depending on how long your stay is, you may need to do the same. Overall loved our stay at this property, just a few things that could make it a little better.

My two positives: it fit my family, and weEnjoyed the living room.All the CONS (many). I wasn’t expecting luxury but an easy, clean, comfortable place as shown.1.) Neither Shower worked. a.) the hall had a broken shower head that pointed to the wall or turned to point up from neck level, plus low water pressure, took 10 mins to warm and didnt drain (see pictures).b.) the ensuite sprayed out onto the floor and also wouldn’t drain or warm.2.) The AC is only in the living room. The rooms were so hot, we couldn’t sleep. We ended up having to buy fans to direct the cool air into the bedrooms. 3.) The parking situation is awful! a.) The 1 spot they offer is enclosed with walls next to a large red truck, dumpster, and rats. It wouldn’t fit either of our cars (the place sleeps 8 but the spot is for a compact car).b.) the “available” street parking is NOT available. The 1st night my husband and I had to park 2 long blocks away at Saturn and Hi Point. My cousin with two little kids asked 7-11 if she could park in the lot the 2nd night because there was NOTHING. We had to park across Pico! 4.) the kitchen. The coffee makers sitting on the counters had no outlet available, so I guess decor? And floor by the garbage can was disgusting.5.) location. (1) Anything that is 3-7 miles away will take 20-40 minutes to drive. (2) The area was sketchy and dirty. 6.) Owners won’t respond to any messages. Text or app. Ignored all of our messages. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Pros: Location was great for airport access and for commuting around LA. Grocery store and CVS within walking distance. Good amount of space for the price too. You won't find 3 bedrooms, 2 bath at this price in this area for less. If on a budget and you need the space, this spot will work well. Big couch, accessible tv and wifi.Cons: The unit is abit rough around the edges and grimy. The photos are technically accurate, but when you're there you'll see it doesn't feel as nice as the photos. Rough old towels, one shower sprayed outside the drain area and couldn't be adjusted, and the other had weak pressure. Toiletries were refilled with water to stretch their use. A few surfaces had old juice and crumbs on it there's tons of painted over water damage that might mean mold is hiding if that's something your sensitive to. There is no central AC, so directions regarding the thermostat are incorrect. AC wall unit gets cold, but only affects the living room so all the bedrooms stay warm without airflow. There are no fans to help. The outside area was full of trash and dog poop, but that may be out of the owner's control since the immediate area had a lot of people just hanging out on the sidewalk and streets dropping trash. The offered parking spot is right next to a large truck so keep in mind it only parks compact vehicles. Otherwise you need to park on the street, which is crowded in this area. For me, I'd spend a little more for a nicer spot or squeeze into a hotel.

So the house was clean and big but the smell when you walk in is horrible. And the restrooms had hair all in the showers. And blood on the shower curtain. The front living room is fresh but all the rooms are extremely hot. No fan no nothing… the parking!!! Only for small cars. And the street parking is horrible. N the host don’t respond at all. Wouldn’t recommend anyone with kids especially!!!!!!!!!!! It needs to be updated for sure. And only 1 tv in the whole house.

Old place but very clean. Only one ac for whole place was adequate. Recommend fans for rooms and it will be perfect. A high vehicle will not fit in the covered parking spot. Area seems rough outside of building. We parked a block down street in nicer area with no issues.

Place was within walking distance of grocery store, two restaurants, a taco stand and McD less than block away. Pharmacy and 7/11 with Amazon lockers across street. Manager/Host very receptive to our needs and questions. Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to Peterson Automotive Museum. A long walk to Grove and Farmers Market food court. The VRBO map indicates that the apartment is in the vicinity of Carthay Circle, La Cienega Park, but it is about a km south, just south of W Pico Blvd.
