IMPORTANT Considerations: Per city ordinance from the City of Hazel Park, Michigan. Please make note of the following:

1. House Parties are absolutely not allowed and strictly prohibitied.
2. We can only have a maximum of 6 persons on the property at any given time. No exceptions.
3. Guests must observe quite hours from 9PM-7AM. (No excessive noise and/or loud music)
