Château Cerritos is a truly expansive and beautifully curated oceanfront home designed for luxury, comfort, and unforgettable stays. The villa offers an elegant balance of grand shared spaces and private retreats, ideal for families or groups traveling together.

It features three spacious suites, each with its own ensuite bathroom, surrounded by refined architectural details, curated artwork, and antiques throughout. The main living and dining areas are spectacular in scale, with soaring ceilings, a custom oversized dining table, and dramatic sightlines that open directly to the gardens, pool, and ocean. Nearly every window frames sweeping views of the sea.

At the heart of the  home is a large custom kitchen, perfectly suited for group cooking or private chef experiences, flowing seamlessly into the main entertaining spaces. Outdoors, a heated oceanview pool, expansive terrace, and multiple seating areas create effortless indoor–outdoor living just steps from the beach.

The master suite is a private sanctuary, featuring a jacuzzi soaking tub, a walk-in shower for two, and panoramic ocean views. Additional amenities include a dedicated gym room, two fireplaces (indoor and outdoor), and lush landscaped gardens—making the villa both intimate and impressively grand.

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the Château Cerritos main villa during their stay. This includes the main house along with all indoor and outdoor living spaces.

You’ll have full access to the suites and bathrooms, the grand living and dining areas, the custom chef’s kitchen, gym, terraces, gardens, and the heated oceanview pool. Outdoor amenities such as the pool, fireplaces, patios, and direct beach access are all for your private use.

Certain mechanical, storage, or owner areas may be secured and are not intended for guest use. Otherwise, the villa is entirely yours to enjoy — offering complete privacy, space, and comfort in a truly spectacular oceanfront setting.

Guests will enjoy complete privacy throughout their stay, as the entire estate is exclusively yours. At the same time, support is always available if needed.

The property is professionally managed by a local property manager, with someone on call at all times to assist with any questions, maintenance needs, or urgent matters during your stay.

Multi-structure estate: The property includes a main house, an upper apartment, and a separate casita. All spaces are part of one private estate and are included exclusively with your booking.

Natural materials & artisan finishes: The home features handcrafted details, antiques, custom tile, stone, and natural materials. We kindly ask guests to treat furnishings and finishes with care.

Outdoor living: Much of the home is designed for indoor–outdoor living. Weather, salt air, and coastal conditions are part of the environment and contribute to the character of the space.

Pool & fireplaces: Pool heating and fireplace use may be seasonal or subject to specific guidelines. Detailed instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

Events & gatherings: The estate is ideal for special occasions. Please inquire in advance if you’re planning an event, celebration, or gathering beyond standard overnight guests so we can assist with coordination and approvals.
