2 story house(Unit C), sleeps up to 10:

1st bedroom : queen size bed, TV.
2nd bedroom : queen bed and bunk bed (both full size) with trundle (twin). Please, no overweight people on bunk bed, light weight or kids only.
Small reading room by the staircase: few chairs and coffee table.
Living room: couch, TV. Dining table fits 6 people.
There is steep spiral staircase between floors with baby guard on the top. You can use outside stairs if the staircase is too rough for you.

1 story house:
Unit A, sleeps up to 7:
1st bedroom : queen bed, TV.
2nd bedroom: full bed and bunk bed, TV.
Living room: high quality foam leather couch, TV. Dining table fits 6 people.

Unit B, sleeps up to 8:
1st bedroom : queen bed, TV.
2nd bedroom: full bed and bunk bed, TV.
Living room: Sofa bed has queen size mattress, TV. Dining table fits 6 people.

Outdoor:
Little canopy covered patio with wicker furniture.
Gas grill with picnic table.
Vine arch with a swing.
Fountain.
Porch of one story duplex is facing Ocean Blvd.
