You are booking a private stay in a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment. There is no one else staying in the space while you are resident. The apartment is not a dedicated furnished rental unit but is a home to the hosts, who make it available when they are traveling. As such the apartment will contain personal items, most of which will be stored in designated drawers and closets. Guests will have their own large dresser, the nightstands and 8ft long closet with double hanging for use during their stay. There is also ample cabinet and drawer space in the bathroom and kitchen for guests.

There is a recently renovated open concept kitchen with stainless appliances incl. full size stove & refrigerator, a microwave, dishwasher, convection toaster oven, blender and coffee maker. All the dishes, glasses, pots, pans and utensils you could need are included, as is ample counter and cupboard space + breakfast bar with stools. A fire extinguisher is located adjacent to the stove.

The kitchen opens to a comfortable living room with a large sectional, two accent chairs and 50” AppleTV equipped LED TV.

The separate bedroom has a king sized bed with comfortable pillow top mattress with sheets provided. There are nightstands, large dresser and an 8ft long closet with double hanging for guest use.

The updated, classic white bathroom has a bathtub with rain shower, separate handheld and glass enclosure. There are towels and bath products included, as well as cabinets for guests to store their toiletries. A first aid kit is located in the cabinet below the sink.
