This is a guest suite with a living room, bedroom and 1 bath with a private entrance separate from the Main house via a lockable sliding door with a key. Has a living area, dining table, and shared laundry room in the garage. Access to shared patio and backyard.

I don`t live on the property and am most responsive on the app.

In certain circumstances I can accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Please request this as early as possible so I can confirm whether I can accommodate or not.

Early Check In: 2pm instead of 4pm - $40 additional fee. Preferable 24 hours notice.

Late Check Out: $15/15 min after 11am. 2pm is the absolute latest late check out time.

Guests: Additional guests are $20 per night, kindly ensure your reservation is accurate with the number of guests booked. Not following that will be regarded as breaking house rules. Bringing more people than declared can be a house safety issue.

Please note that you are staying in a house and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them immediately.

ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES

• No parties or events. Violations will result in an immediate $1,000 fee plus the cost of any damages, cleaning, or loss of future bookings.
• Quiet hours: 11 PM to 7 AM. Please respect our neighbors and community.
• No smoking or vaping inside the home. A $500 fee will be charged if smoke is detected.
• No pets unless explicitly approved in writing prior to booking.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No visitors without prior approval.
• No illegal activity of any kind is permitted.
• Do not tamper with security smoke detectors, or internet equipment.
• Report any issues, damages, or concerns within 12 hours of check-in to avoid responsibility for pre-existing conditions.

Do not park on the driveway, street parking is free and safe.
