This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath guest side that is attached to a Single Family Home. Access is through the side yard gate and through the private entrance via digital lock.

I do not live on site and am most responsive on the app

In certain circumstances I can accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Please request this as early as possible so I can confirm whether I can accommodate or not.

Early Check In: 2pm instead of 4pm - $15 additional fee. Preferable 24 hours notice.

Late Check Out: $10/15 min after 11am. 2pm is the absolute latest late check out time.

Please note that you are staying in a house and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them immediately.

ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES

• No parties or events. Violations will result in an immediate $1,000 fee plus the cost of any damages, cleaning, or loss of future bookings.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect the family that lives in the home, our neighbors and community.
• No smoking or vaping inside the home. A $500 fee will be charged if smoke is detected.
• No pets unless explicitly approved in writing prior to booking.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No visitors without prior approval.
• No illegal activity of any kind is permitted.
• Do not tamper with security smoke detectors, or internet equipment.
• Report any issues, damages, or concerns within 12 hours of check-in to avoid responsibility for pre-existing conditions.
