Apartment Access / Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in is from 3 PM onwards. Check-out time is before 11 AM.

• Early check-in (from 9 AM), subject to availability with no additional cost.

• Late check-out (before 1 PM), subject to availability with no additional cost.

• Passport copies of all the guests staying in the apartment are required to have security access pass to the building.



Cleaning & house-keeping

• Cleaning Fee applies to the post check-out cleaning only.

• Towels are provided according to the number of guests. If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes.

• If you require the sofa beds to be made up please notify us no later than 48 hours prior to check-in.
