When renting, guest will have access to all of the community amenities including our community pool, fitness center, tennis courts, outdoor pavilion, and much more. The building does have covered parking for one vehicle or boat/jet ski trailer. If the trailer does not fit in the covered spot, it must be stored off-site for a fee. Master suite is sound-front with a King bed and door leading to covered deck. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, while the 3rd bedrooms holds a Twin bed and Day bed. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a Jack-n-Jill Bathroom. The final bedroom has 2 Twin beds with a private ensuite holding a stand-up shower. The condo has flat-screen TVs, high-speed WiFi, ceiling fans, stainless steel appliances, and large deck. Unlimited view of Roanoke Sound for stunning sunrises and shaded afternoons. Parking for 2 vehicles maximum.

The condo does not allow for pets and does not have a dock space at this time.
