Situated in Shelly Beach, this is a luxury, self-contained, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 6 sleeper, apartment. The apartment is on the top floor and is a well lit, sunny corner unit which provides breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean from both the main bedroom and lounge.
Enjoy the balmy, sub-tropical nights on your very own private balcony, equipped with sun loungers, outdoor dining table and chairs and a built-in gas braai. The natural ventilation of the design, which allows for cooling sea breezes, is complimented by ceiling fans in the lounge and all the bedrooms.
This superb apartment is stylishly and luxuriously fitted throughout, suiting the needs of the most discerning guest. Wall mounted LCD flat screen televisions are provided in both the lounge and main bedroom, with a full HD DSTV package (with xtra view in the main bedroom) available for the entertainment of guests.
For the aspiring chef, the open plan kitchen, with its Black Granite breakfast counter, is superbly equipped, having modern appliances (fridge, freezer, oven/hob/extractor fan, microwave) together with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Practicality is the order of the day here too, with a washing machine and tumble dryer taking care of guests' laundry needs.
The apartment sleeps a total of 6 people, and has one main bedroom (featuring a queen size bed) and two smaller bedrooms (each featuring 2 single beds respectively).
