Winter: To tackle Sesimbra’s coastal humidity, we’ve equipped the house with a professional-grade dehumidifier and efficient heating. We maintain a warm, dry, and fresh environment (approx. 55% humidity) year-round. You can expect a cozy 21°C indoors, even in the heart of winter.

Second Bedroom: Equipped with sturdy Bunk Beds (90x200cm), perfectly comfortable for both adults and children (Sleeps 2).

Living Room: Includes a high-quality grey Sofa Bed, easily converting into a standard double bed (150x200cm) (Sleeps 2).

• If you require extra sets of bedding or towels beyond the registered count, an additional fee of €20 per set will apply to cover laundry and setup costs.
