Minimum age requirement to make a reservation is 25 years old.
Due to the stairways, the property is not suitable for children or pets.
For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
Report any issues, damages and/or breakages to your host so we may remedy.
We ask guests to refrain from smoking, vaping, or using illegal substances in the house - If there is evidence that a guest did smoke, vape, or use illegal substances, we will need to charge a fee of $300.00.
One on-site parking space. Street parking available.
No more than 2 guests allowed overnight.
Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.
