Event Notice: This property is ideal for hosting events and can comfortably accommodate up to 500 guests. With sufficient planning and advance notice, it can host up to 2,500 people. Any booking with more than 36 guests is considered an event and must be arranged directly with me prior to booking. Set on 14 acres of manicured riverfront land along the San Gabriel, this massive private estate is built for large groups, retreats, and creative gatherings. The property features 18 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms, on-site parking for 50+ cars, high-speed internet, and a separate washer and dryer. Enjoy two performance stages, a huge covered pavilion seating up to 200 with a full bar, a professional outdoor kitchen (A professional chef is required to use), a heated or cooled pool and jacuzzi, a half-acre pond, and a river at the rear of the yard.

This estate offers 18 well-appointed bedrooms designed for large groups, retreats, and extended stays, including 8 bedrooms in the main house, 5 bedrooms in the bungalow block, 2 private bedrooms in the Stage Suite and 2 private bedrooms in the Tiny Home. All bedrooms in the main house, bungalow blocks have their own private bathrooms for comfort and privacy.

Please note that only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to access the property. Visitors or additional guests are not allowed, even for short visits. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting this house rule.

➤Please note: Payment processing fees are non-refundable if a reservation is cancelled.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest`s responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ The guests will have access to the entire property. Please, make yourself at home.

➤ Ample parking available at no extra cost.

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 70 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
