About the property: This is a duplex-style home. The upstairs is full time tenant-occupied by a a quiet, friendly family; they keep to themselves and are respectful of noise in the evenings, so you can expect a peaceful stay. This walkout main level suite has its own entrance, parking, and full exclusive use of the backyard and outdoor amenities (fire pit, playground, table & chairs) — no shared spaces indoors or outdoors.

You will get access via a keypad on the door and are able to self-check-in. Door code will be provided the day of check in.

CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS: We ask that our guests start a load of towels, throw away trash, and start the dishwasher before leaving.

GUEST COUNT: Pricing is based on number of guests so its important/required that you book for the appropriate number of guests that will be staying. You can also adjust the number if it changes.

PET POLICY: Well-behaved, house-trained pets are welcome with prior approval. An additional pet fee is required, and all pets must be declared at the time of booking through VRBO for proper pricing. A maximum of one dog is permitted per stay. Pets are not permitted on beds or bedding. You are welcome to bring your own blanket or pet bed to place on top.Pets must not be left unattended in the property at any time. Pets must be kept quiet and under control at all times. Excessive barking or noise that disturbs neighbors is not permitted. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet outdoors and properly disposing of all waste.
Guests are responsible for removing all pet fur and hair from furniture prior to checkout. Guests are financially responsible for any and all damage caused by their pet. Thank you for helping us keep the space clean and enjoyable for all guests!
