Located in West Newport, this home places you within easy reach of sandy shores, local cafés, and the laid-back charm that defines the peninsula—while still offering a peaceful place to unwind at the end of the day.
Inside, the open-concept living area is made for gathering. Sink into the comfortable sectional sofa, catch up on your favorite shows on the large TV, or flow seamlessly into the dining and kitchen spaces. The dining table seats four, with two additional bar seats at the kitchen counter—perfect for casual breakfasts, sunset snacks, or lingering conversations over wine.
The full kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials you need to cook at home, whether you’re preparing a quick beach lunch or a full family dinner.
Step outside to the private balcony, where coastal evenings really shine. Enjoy morning coffee in the fresh ocean air, fire up the BBQ for an easy dinner, or relax in the seating area as the neighborhood winds down for the night.
The home comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a serene atmosphere for restful nights, while the two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed—ideal for couples, friends, or family members. Two full bathrooms provide convenience and flexibility, with one shower/tub combo and one modern walk-in shower.
From here, you’re just moments from the beach, scenic bike paths, local surf spots, and beloved Newport favorites like the Balboa Peninsula, Newport Pier, and an array of casual eateries and coffee shops. Whether you’re here for sun-filled days by the water or relaxed evenings exploring the neighborhood, Seabright Sky offers an easy, comfortable home base for your Newport Beach stay.
Please note: Seabright Sky occupies the upper level of a duplex-style property, with a separate residence located on the ground floor. Each home has its own private entrance and outdoor space.

Home Truths: - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please note the home is on the second floor, and there is a long-term resident in the downstairs unit. - The reservation holder must be at least 25 and must be present for the entire stay.
Parking Details: - One reserved parking space is located on the right side of the garage. - Free street parking is available on 30th Street; please note that street sweeping occurs on Thursdays.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff.
We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

The unit was great, we are a family of four with a 10 & 7 year old. the location is much closer then you think to the beach, maybe a 3 minute walk, that includes crossing a four lane thoroughfare, but with a crosswalk. don't fear, so easy and safe with kids. the house has beach towels, chairs and boogie boards, no umbrella or beach toys though. the kitchen has the basics, but mixing bowls. the parking in the garage is clutch, bc street parking is just not an option for a family. the tenant downstairs is fulltime, she prefers upstairs guests to park with the car hood first vs backing in. overall- easy walk to beach, restaurants, market, etc. - Clean, big unit with three bedrooms. beds sit very high, like 3 ft off the ground high.- parking and laundry included. hige win for families. - AvantStay hats, daughter loves itwill rent again if available
