Whether you`re visiting for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this tiny home provides everything you need for an unforgettable experience.

- Cozy and Spacious Living Area:
Step into an open concept living space that feels surprisingly spacious and inviting. The area features a comfortable seating arrangement, a smart TV with Roku, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the local attractions.

- Fully-Equipped Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare your meals. It includes cooking basics such as pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper. You`ll also find a filter coffee and a microwave. Enjoy baking your favorite treats with the oven and baking sheet provided.

- Comfortable Bedrooms:
The bedrooms offer a comfortable retreat with bed linens provided. You`ll find clothing storage options, with extra pillows and blankets also available for your convenience.

- Modern Bathroom:
The bathroom is has a shower, and essentials like towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are all provided. A hair dryer and ironing facilities are also available to help you look your best during your stay.

- Outdoor Amenities:
The outdoor space is designed for relaxation and enjoyment. The yard and patio area offer stunning views of Pikes Peak and are perfect for stargazing. The BBQ grill and barbecue utensils are ideal for outdoor cooking - a cozy spot for evening gatherings.

Traveling with little ones? We have you covered with a pack ’n play/travel crib! Extra bedding and blankets are available to ensure everyone`s comfort.

- Laundry and Essentials:
While there is no washer and dryer in the tiny home, a laundromat is conveniently located nearby. You`ll also find an iron and cleaning products to keep things tidy during your stay.

Experience the history, adventure and charm of the Rocky Mountains in this quaint mountain community. Surrounded by unspoiled wilderness and nestled among one million acres of Pike National Forest, charismatic Woodland Park, CO is your perfect mountain hideaway. The natural surroundings include spectacular views of Pikes Peak and Rampart Range, thick stands of spruce, pine and aspen, deep blue skies and fresh air. Centrally located, Woodland Park is your ideal base camp for day trips or weekend getaways into the Pikes Peak region.


- Other Things to Note:
One of the unique charms of this home is its peaceful location, tucked away in a cozy little cove. With that comes a bit of character - the water pressure can be lighter during peak morning hours due to the home`s position in the neighborhood.

*Please be reminded that Traction and Chain Laws are in effect. Your vehicle needs to be All Wheel Drive or 4x4 with good tires for snow or ice. A 4x2 will be okay as long as you have the chains just in case.*

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home. This stylish & cozy home is for you to enjoy as you wish (this is your vacation after all!).
Other things to note
Mid Stay Cleans / Cleaning Before Checkout for $90 includes linen & towel change + restocking of offered supplies (coffee pods, creamer, sugar, toilet paper, paper towel etc)

For guests staying 11-20 nights, the cleaning fee will be multiplied by 2 and if staying for 21-30 nights, it will be multiplied by 3.

Please let us know if you will be needing a pack `n play crib during your stay to ensure its availability. It can be furnished for $25.

Please avoid putting food down the sink drain—dispose of it in the trash instead. If food ends up clogging the pipes, a $100 plumbing fee will apply.

SECURITY DEPOSIT / DAMAGE WAIVER
Accidents happen, and we want your stay stress-free. **Before arrival, pick one required protection option in our secure Guest App:** As an official partner of Airbnb, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App

1. **Security Deposit.** A standard **refundable $250** hold on your card, fully released after checkout if no damage occurs.
2. **Damage Waiver – non-refundable** A small $34.95 one-time fee that covers accidental damage. Quick peace of mind. **non-refundable**

- Maximum 5 guests including visitors
- $25 fee/night for each additional guest beyond # of guests booked past 10 pm

EARLY CHECK-IN:
- $30 fee (subject to availability)

LATE CHECK-OUT:
- $30 fee (subject to availability)
- $100 fee for unauthorized late checkout

NO SMOKING OR NO VAPING:
- $200/day smoking fine for odor remediation

NO LOUD NOISE PAST 10 PM:
- $100 fee for failure to tone down noise after a neighbor`s complaint and/or not following the request to vacate premises

NO FOOD & DRINKS IN BEDROOM/S
- $250 fee for failure to comply

TRASH
- Please do not leave trash outside in bags overnight

PET RULES:
- CONTACT US with a dog description prior to booking
- Please let us know if your sweet pet needs a crate, doggie toys, bowls, scooper, or anything during your stay so we can prepare it for you
- You must accept the request for a $70 pet cleaning fee for stays 3 nights and less
- Additional $15 for an extra dog
- 3+ nights the pet fee = $20/night/dog
- Limited to 1 dogs; 20 lbs max
- Pet to be up-to-date on vaccinations
- Pick up after them
- Must be house-trained/potty-trained
- Dogs are NOT allowed on FURNITURE
- No fenced yard for dog/s. Must be leashed on the property at all times
- Your dog/s must be with you at all times. Leaving your dog/s unattended (meaning not crated or kenneled) will result in vacating the premises
- You assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by your dog/s and agree to pay an additional amount shall this occur
- If excessive dog/s noise (barking) is disturbing to the neighbors, you must quiet the situation
