Everything in this home is brand new and has been tastefully designed, offering four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. This home sleeps 14 guests comfortably. You enter the home and walk into a bright, open living space with tall 9ft ceilings where the beautifully modern kitchen, dining, and living area come together seamlessly—ideal and spacious enough for lounging and enjoying meal time with family and friends. This first floor has a full bathroom and a bedroom outfitted with a king bed. Upstairs you're greeted by cathedral ceilings and large sunny windows. This landing offers a queen sleeper sofa and sliding glass doors to the second story balcony. The second floor has three well-appointed bedrooms designed for comfort and relaxation. The primary suite features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, a cozy desk as well as a door to the upstairs balcony. Down the hall you'll find the two additional bedrooms that share a full hallway bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a set of bunk beds each with a double bed on the bottom and a twin on top.Outside you'll find the fenced in backyard oasis with an outside shower, a cabana complete with a mini fridge and TV and the beautiful inground pool. The pool will open the second week of May and remain open October 5th.
