This is a newly renovated space with new flooring in the bedrooms, fresh paint from top to bottom, many new furnishings including the bedding/mattress. We are just a short 3 min ride to the beach and conveniently located for easy access to the casinos, aquarium, military bases, coliseum, and much more.

The space

The living room, dining, and kitchen area has high vaulted ceilings for an open and spacious feel. We have set it up with high-speed internet and a large corner desk for the remote and traveling professional. It is in a small complex of only four units and conveniently located to the airport, malls, casinos, aquarium, and much more. This is a one level unit with only one small step from the sidewalk/porch into the unit. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit and there are no spaces that you have to share with others. We have stocked the large open area kitchen with everything you need for your home away from home experience.

Guest access
There is off street parking for up to two vehicles conveniently in front of the unit.

Smoking
Smoking is permitted outdoors only.


A $150 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs indoors to remove odors and perform deep cleaning.


Late Check-Out
1–2 hours: $40


2–4 hours: $60


Over 4 hours: Full nightly rate
Late check-outs may be approved in advance at no charge, depending on availability. Please message us beforehand.



Cooking Notice
Please avoid deep frying foods such as fish inside the home.


Strong odors can be difficult to remove, and additional cleaning fees may apply if extra time is required.



Pets
We clean thoroughly after each pet stay for guests with allergies.


Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.


For longer stays, furniture covers are available upon request if you believe your pet may climb up.


Please clean up after your pet in the yard.


Additional fees may apply if your pet:


Sheds excessively


Uses the bathroom on floors or furniture


Causes other damage


If extra time or special cleaning is required, an additional cleaning charge will apply.

Damage Claims:
In the rare event of a damage claim via Airbnb, a $150 admin fee will be included to cover documentation time (photos, receipts, etc.).
