This apartment features a lovely living room with dinning space and stunning city views, a smart TV, two room with comfy king bed and neat bedding, a modern bathroom with towels and shower supplies, a fully equipped kitchen and a private balcony, among other amenities such as pool, barber shop, beauty salon, spinning room, gym and cinema.



Guest Access:

Building has 24/7 security and offers check-in.

We remind you of the following:



➤ Maximum capacity in the Jacuzzi: 8 people.

➤ Maximum 2 guests per apartment.

➤ Reservations: Must be made in advance through the Casandra app or with the amenities staff.

➤ Hygiene: Showering is required before entering the Jacuzzi.

➤ Restrictions: The use of body creams or lotions is not permitted when using this area.



We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our amenities in optimal condition.



For information and reservations for common areas, please contact us. The pool is open until 10pm, if you enter after the established time you will be fined $225.

*Please note that if you are coming with your pet, there is a fee of 15 dollars.
