The Space:

Set along the canal, this beautifully updated coastal home invites you in with high vaulted ceilings, engineered bamboo wood floors, and light-filled open-concept living. The living room features a wraparound couch, cable TV, and a stack of board games for downtime between adventures. Nearby, the dining area seats four beneath modern fixtures, while the kitchen shines with marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, and counter seating for three—ideal for breakfast before heading out on the water.



Step outside and the true magic of Dockside Dream unfolds. The private boat dock includes a well-maintained fishing station, making it easy to clean and cook the day’s catch. Beach essentials are provided for effortless outings, and the home includes a cargo lift/wheelchair-accessible lift for added convenience. On the lower level, a patio offers a grill, table for al fresco dining, and even an outdoor bathroom with shower—perfect for rinsing off after boating or beach time. Head up to the upper deck to stretch out on loungers or relax in comfortable seating while enjoying breezy canal views and salt-air sunsets.



At Dockside Dream, you’re not just booking a stay—you’re dropping into island life, where days start on the water and end under the Texas sky.



This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. We provide a max of 6 pool/beach towels so if your party is more, please remember to pack extras.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head.



Bedroom #2 includes a set of twin-over-twin bunk beds and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a set of twin-over-full bunk beds, a twin size trundle bed, and a smart TV.



This home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms; both with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, one is an outdoor bathroom.



THINGS TO NOTE:

· Washer and dryer in home.

· Driveway parking for 5 vehicles available.

· This home has a lift for wheelchair accessibility, and the key has to be provided with booking.

· This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at the downstairs patio/porch and actively monitoring the front of the porch, as well as the driveway and stair areas.

· Children’s dinnerware provided.

· Long-term stays allowed.

- There is a $100.00 guest access fee (up to 10 people) payable at the community pool entry gate.
