Village Brook offers two heated resort like pools, a clubhouse, and 2 tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, BBQs, scenic ponds, gaebos, and beautiful wildlife. The has direct access to the larger pool and the laundry room is across from the entry door. The unit also includes an assigned parking spot.
Located just a 15 minutes from Siesta Key Beach and 15 minutes to downtown Sarasota. Village Brooke is within walking distance to. Starbucks, Publics, Walgreens, Homegoods, banking, restaurants, and crunch fitness.
