3BR Beach House, Gated Village w/Complimentary Golf Cart and Prvt. Beach Parking

Wow! This year is just flying by and I know Summer is considered officially over on the calendar, but not at Surfside Beach SC. Now through October the temperature is still in the 70’s to 80’s, the ocean water is still warm and the crowds are much reduced. Escape to this tranquil beach house in picturesque Surfside Beach. That is located just 1/2 mile from the Beach and Private Beach Parking in the Gated Community of Oceanside Village. This three-bedroom house features a cozy full size bunk bed, a twin-size trundle bed, and two queen beds, where guests find plenty of space to relax, for your convenience pillows and linen are provided. The 2 1/2 bathrooms offer convenience and privacy; one is equipped with a tub and shower combination and the other a refreshing shower and handy hair dryer. The interior stays comfortable year-round thanks to two HVAC systems. There is also an outdoor completely enclosed shower useable weather permitting (May - October) located on a Private outdoor patio space behind the house. Step inside the house and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere that makes unwinding easy. We provide wireless internet and Xumo TV. TV’s are in each bedroom and one in the living room. There are also two covered outdoor decks for your enjoyment. This is a NO Smoking and No Vaping allowed house. Pets or animals of any type are NOT allowed. The Village has numerous amenities (outdoor pool, splash water park, indoor pool, hot tubs located at both pools, playground, basketball, tennis, bocce, pickleball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, baseball/softball diamond and fishing) that you can used by you free of charge. All is in easy reach with the complimentary Golf Cart provided with the house. All drivers of the complimentary golf cart MUST be 16 years old and have a valid driver’s license and the complimentary golf cart is allowed only on Oceanside Village property and the Private Beach Parking lot. There are also numerous Golf Courses located near the Village. Parking at the house is limited to 2 vehicles, in designated parking areas only. Any additional vehicles (over the 2), trailers, RV, and oversize vehicles will be parked in the overflow parking area located behind the community building. The security guards will provide instructions on this when you check in. Parking on the road, our neighbor’s property or grass of our property is not permitted, and any illegal parked vehicle are subject to towing, all applicable fines and fees are solely the responsibility of the vehicle’s owners.
