This three-bedroom home features a cozy full size bunk bed, a twin-size trundle bed, and two queen beds, where guests find plenty of space to relax, for your convenience pillows and linen are provided. The 2 1/2 bathrooms offer convenience and privacy; one is equipped with a tub and shower combination and the other a refreshing shower and handy hair dryer. The interior stays comfortable year-round thanks to two HVAC systems. There is also an outdoor completely enclosed shower useable weather permitting (May - October) located on a Private outdoor patio space behind the house. Step inside the house and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere that makes unwinding easy. We provide wireless internet and Xumo TV. TV’s are in each bedroom and living room. There are also two covered outdoor decks for your enjoyment. This is a NO Smoking and No Vaping allowed house. Pets or animals of any type are NOT allowed. The Village has numerous amenities (outdoor pool, water park, indoor pool, hot tubs located at both pools, playground, basketball, tennis, bocce, pickleball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, baseball/softball diamond and fishing) that you can used by you free of charge. All is in easy reach with the Golf Cart provided with the house. All golf cart drivers MUST have a valid driver’s license and golf cart is allowed only on Oceanside Village property and the Private Beach Parking lot. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles, in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted and any illegal parked vehicle are subject to towing, all applicable fines and fees are solely the responsibility of the vehicles owners.
