You stayed at my place and the night before checking out you called VRBO to get a full refund. When I spoke to you, you said I have done this with Airbnb and always get a refund. You are a scammer. My photos and my place are exactly what I have posted. My past guest has always enjoyed my place but unfortunately there's people like you that want to stay places for free and make false claim to get a refund. Beware renting to Brendan!

Hi Joanne, thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. I do want to clarify a few points for future guests. We take pride in preparing the RV thoroughly before every arrival, including providing starter supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags, which are standard for short-term stays. Most guests find these more than sufficient, but we’re always available if additional items are needed. Regarding the concerns mentioned, we were not notified during your stay about several of these issues, which would have allowed us the opportunity to address them immediately. We always encourage guests to reach out so we can resolve anything in real time and ensure a comfortable experience. It’s also important to note that following your stay, there were significant damages reported inside the RV, which required repairs. We work hard to maintain the property in excellent condition for all guests, and situations like this are taken seriously. That said, we appreciate your comments and will continue improving wherever possible. We wish you the best in your future travels.
