Welcome to our cozy and stylish 2-bedroom apartment located in Burj Views Central, right in the heart of Downtown Dubai, offering beautiful views of the Burj Khalifa. Designed with your comfort in mind, the apartment includes complimentary access to excellent on-site amenities. Relax by the swimming pool with Burj Khalifa views or maintain your fitness routine in the fully equipped gym.



Inside, you’ll find a modern living space with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining area. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom also features a king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom, making the apartment ideal for up to four guests.



The open-plan living and dining area is bright and inviting, featuring a satellite TV and large floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Downtown Dubai. The Dubai Mall is approximately a 12–15 minute walk away.



You’ll enjoy hotel-grade bed linen and towels, along with initial toiletries such as shampoo and soap to ensure a comfortable arrival. Complimentary tea and coffee are also provided. For added convenience, carrefour supermarket in the building.
