We had a great time at this property. The house does need some repairs, there were no chemicals in the hot tub so we were unable to use it and the cleanliness was a little lacking but it is a beautiful house and we had a great weekend.

The house is absolutely beautiful!! We had a great time!! Communication was great. There was a problem with the HVAC ( things break!! It’s life) they accommodated us immediately with whatever we needed while they waited for parts to fix things!!! Very thankful for the quick responses and immediate attention to our needs!!Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need!!! Loved our stay!!

We had a very relaxing and peaceful stay at this property. Nice to be a little further away from the hustle and bustle of town, in a quiet neighborhood. At the same time, an easy drive to restaurants and shops. The house is perfect for a large group with an excellent game room. Cooking was easy and there were plenty of supplies with lots of seating. The interior is very pretty and true to the photos. Plenty of space to spread out. Beds were comfortable with soft, clean sheets. Bathrooms had plenty of fluffy towels! We didn’t use the outside seating as it was early spring except the grilling area, which worked well.

8/10 – Gut

Gut: Check-in, Kommunikation und Lage
Our family of 10 chose to stayhere for a week. It was quiet and secluded. The photos depict it accurately. The kitchen and Rec Room areas were well appointed. The bedrooms were a good size and beds were comfortable for the most part. We used the outdoor seating area everyday. The kids enjoyed roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. FYI, firewood is not provided. We bought a boat and used the community dock daily for fishing and tubing. However, the path to the dock was very steep and the partial handrails and steps were in bad disrepair and dangerous. It was very difficult to carry fishing gear and needed boat items. Half of the path to the dock was dirt and very slick after rain. Some had to be picked up at the Marina which was inconvenient. We wish we were better informed about this challenge involving the use of the dock.
