Guest Access:

• Self check-in for your convenience. Your instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

• Guests have full access to the entire two-floor condo and private backyard.

• The only locked aress are a small owner’s storage closet and a room on the first floor.

This area is known for its creative community, leafy streets, and proximity to Manhattan.



Getting Around:

• Subway: 10-minute walk to the L and G trains for easy access to Manhattan

• Free street parking (first-come, first-served)

• Rideshare and taxi services readily available



Other Things to Note:

• Please remove shoes indoors

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

• Pet fee: $100 per pet, per stay – Dogs under 50 lbs only

• No parties, events, or filming without prior approval

• Exterior cameras monitor entry for safety

• A few stairs are required to access the downstairs of the property



Starter Supplies & Replenishment for Mid-Term Stays

This is a mid-term rental property and is stocked with the essential starter supplies to ensure a comfortable move-in. These include paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, basic cleaning supplies, dish soap, hand soap, and laundry detergent.

As this is a longer stay, guests are responsible for replenishing consumable items as they are used throughout their stay. We can resupply hand/body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We provide a limited amount of complimentary consumables such as paper towels and toilet paper. We also provide environmentally friendly dryer balls at no extra cost to help soften your clothes naturally.



Please note that the following items will need to be purchased separately if needed:

There are several nearby grocery stores where you can easily pick up what you need.
