• We own the other half of the duplex, Unit B. Please message us if you would like to book both units :)
• For our guests' security and safety, there is a Ring security camera located above the garage doors overlooking the driveway, street, and front yard.
• This property is treated for Pest Control on a monthly basis from April to September, and bi-monthly otherwise
• The pool is cleaned twice a week from April to September, and once a week otherwise

-Maximum of 18 guests
-No pets allowed
-No glass in the pool area
-Smoking inside is prohibited: $250 minimum fine for in-home smoke damages. Smoking permitted outside, please maintain a safe distance from the home
-No parties or events allowed
