Only minutes away from the sandy Barachois Beach where you can walk for miles and enjoy the North Shore or get in some golf time at Rustico Golf course next door.



The Space:

This large craftsman house has all the finishes and comforts to make your vacation the best one EVERY! A Chefs dream for a kitchen with large island, full freezer and fridge, open concept living space to the great room and dining area. 3 Full bathrooms and 1 half bath.



Within the open concept great room, there are many large windows to let in that Vitamin D and so many views of the calming water that are only footsteps away. The open living room features 9’ ceilings, Smart TV to stream movies, and a propane fireplace. The house is heated and cooled with GEO Thermal throughout to enjoy you have maximum comfort.



Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms with a King, queen, and 2 single beds. There are 2 full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and private master shower with double sinks. You’ll have easy access to a laundry area with Front load washer and dryers.



Basement area hosts the 4th. Bedroom full bathroom, games room and theatre area.



Guest Access:

The private entrance is located at the front of the house. There you will find a touch pad lock that will require a code. You will be sent a code 4 hours before your check in time.



Parking spaces will be designated for your vehicles during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in a tranquil rural community, our property offers a peaceful escape just a 20-minute drive from the vibrant city of Charlottetown. Embrace the serenity of the surroundings with easy access to Rustico Bay, a short walk across a quiet road, perfect for leisurely strolls or scenic bike rides. Enjoy the best of both worlds – the tranquility of the countryside and the proximity to city amenities.



Getting Around:

Parking is available on the large paved driveway, accommodating 3-4 vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

The FUN House also has an additional attached 1500sqft in law suite with a private entrance and NO shared space with the main house. This space is vacant during the summer months, however our family will occasionally stay over in our travels. We highly respect the privacy of our guests during their stay and can be accessible quickly if onsite should something be needed during your stay.
