Designed for extended stays, the home includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, 3 smart TVs throughout the home, in-unit washer and dryer, a private patio with a grill, and a dedicated workspace. A 27-night minimum stay applies. Please note our property is not pet friendly.

The townhome features a spacious, functional layout ideal for longer stays. Guests can enjoy multiple living areas, a well-equipped kitchen for everyday cooking, and a private outdoor patio. The home is thoughtfully furnished for comfort and convenience, making it suitable for professionals, traveling nurses, families, or guests seeking a longer-term coastal stay. The property is equipped with exterior-only cameras.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the interior of the townhome and the outdoor patio area. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use. Parking is available in the driveway.

Located in a quiet residential area of Fernandina Beach, the home is just a short walk to the beach, historic downtown Fernandina, golf courses, shopping, and local dining. The neighborhood offers a relaxed setting while still being close to many of Amelia Island’s popular attractions. Upon booking, we have local recommendations through our guest app (no download required) of all fun things to do, see and eat on the island! There is plenty to do and The Breakers Townhome at Amelia Island is conveniently located nearby most!

Amelia Island, a picturesque beach town, offers various modes of transportation, including cars, golf carts, bikes, and scooters, catering to diverse preferences and ensuring convenient travel for all. We're more than happy to provide any local recommendations of where to rent at!

You are emailed check-in instructions 5 days before arrival

You are emailed the door code on the day of arrival



DEPOSIT INFORMATION

The $500 hold is collected upon the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, given there is no damage to the property
