The Space:

Our charming 1-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Downtown Dubai. You’ll be welcomed by a concierge upon arrival, and you’ll also have access to excellent amenities including a gym and swimming pool, perfect for a workout, a swim, or simply taking a break from family or friends.



The apartment features a spacious open-plan dining and sitting area complete with satellite TV. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee and soak in the city atmosphere.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. Designed with both comfort and a touch of “charm,” it also includes a washing machine for your convenience.



The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The bedroom features a king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom, while the living area includes a double sofa bed.



A private parking space is available, and the nearest supermarket is less than a two-minute walk away, along with other essential shops nearby.



For your comfort, hotel-grade bed linen and towels are provided. We also supply initial toiletries such as shampoo and soap, along with complimentary tea and coffee to help you settle in until you have time to visit the supermarket.



The Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and Dubai Opera are all within easy walking distance. The nearest public transport is the Dubai Metro, approximately a 15–20 minute walk away, offering convenient connections to the rest of the city.
