Nestled along the banks of the Sawmill creek and alongside the forest, this 3 bedroom/3 bathroom, Ski~in/Ski~out, Beautiful townhome style condominium is located on the top floor, closest to the Snowflake lift. This 1750 square foot, multilevel 3 bedroom/3 full bathroom Antlers Lodge is a serene setting, located across the street from the Snowflake Chairlift and is also adjacent to the Four O' Clock ski run!
The space
This well appointed, ski-in/ski-out, top floor, end unit(closest to the Snowflake lift) townhome style condo unit is a spacious multilevel 3 bedroom/3 full bathroom unit in Antlers Lodge. Nestled along the banks of Sawmill Creek and adjacent to woods, Antlers Lodge is a serene location directly across the street from the Snowflake Chairlift and is also adjacent to the Four O' Clock ski run, this is the ideal ski-in/ski-out location.
This condo has a full kitchen, dining area, living area, gas fireplace, cable TV, 200mb Wi-Fi, washer & dryer and private balconies with breathtaking views of the 10 Mile Range. The Master bedroom offers a King size bed and en suite Master bath featuring twin sinks and full-size shower. The Jr. Master bedroom has a Queen size bed and en suite bathroom with tub and shower. The 3rd bedroom has a King bed, creating the perfect family environment.
Antlers Lodge is a great setting, Sawmill Creek runs through the property and the sound of its flowing waters falling down the rocky bed and over a small dam gives an authentic and constant Mountain Home soundtrack. Hiking trails and the woods next to the ski run, and adjacent to your building, are a great place for kids to play in the snow, make snow angels or take a walk at night to see the stars. Enjoy full access to the Upper Village pool, complete with hot tubs (indoor and out) and the swim-out pool(3-5 minute drive)!
In an ideal location, this unit eliminates the drive and trudge to the lift with gear, just walk kitty-corner across the street to the Snowflake Lift (there is also a Breck ticket window at the Snowflake lift) and a quick ride up drops you on the hill and from there you can ski directly to Peak 8, 9 or 10 bases. Ski yourself back home via ski-in access on the Four O’ Clock run. An easy 3 block walk downhill and over the beautiful Blue River and you are in the heart of Historic Downtown Breckenridge, right at the center of Main Street with great shopping, dining, and night life. Walk home or get a free ride back on the Breck Freeride shuttle!
The entry door is on the second floor which leads to beautiful, elevated west facing views of the mountains, Peaks 9 and 8 and beautiful sunsets AND sunrises (the rising sun will light up the mountains in your west facing view from top to bottom . . .amazing!) Three level layout with 2 Master bedrooms (each on a separate floor) affords privacy while the main level's generous size and open floor plan is ideal for keeping an eye on little ones while enjoying the company of friends and family. The gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV offer plenty of comfortable seating and the in-unit laundry is a plus. This unit has parking for one to two vehicles. One smaller to mid-sized vehicle can be parked in the shared garage and one guaranteed/assigned/unit specific outdoor parking spot, must be parked behind the garage. The garage will not accommodate oversized/large trucks and SUV’s.
Unit is 1,750 square feet. Keystone and Copper Mt. resorts are each less than a 20-25 minute drive. Arapahoe Basin just a bit further than Keystone and Vail is about 45 minutes’ drive.
Upper Village Pool and Hot tubs is located off site(about a 5-10 minute walk or short drive) at 450 Village Road in Breckenridge.
