The Space:

This thoughtfully designed suite offers a perfect balance between comfort and practicality for families or small groups.



The master bedroom features a king-size bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, and direct access to the terrace, creating a peaceful and private retreat.



Second Bedroom: Perfect for families, featuring one custom bunk bed with a Queen bed on the bottom and a Twin bed on top, plus an additional Queen bed.



The living and dining areas connect seamlessly with the outdoor terrace, providing a relaxed space to unwind after a day exploring La Paz or enjoying the resort.



The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, WiFi, and everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Golf Cart

The Full Condo, Main 2BR and Main 3BR include one golf cart for up to 4 passengers. Guests must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license, sign a liability waiver, and leave a refundable security deposit. Additional golf carts may be available upon request for an extra fee, subject to availability.



Lock-Off Suites

The Lock-Off Suites include access to all resort amenities but do not include a golf cart or private parking.



IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE (Updated: July 21, 2026)

Please note that effective July 21, 2026, Puerta Cortés has implemented a new policy for vacation rental guests wishing to access Puerto Beach Club and the Hotel Indigo pool.

Access is subject to the following minimum food & beverage consumption:



-Adults: MXN $800 per person

-Children accompanied by an adult: No minimum consumption

-Teenagers visiting without an accompanying adult: MXN $500 per person



This policy is established and managed exclusively by Puerta Cortés and is subject to change without prior notice. Nautilus Properties does not determine or control these requirements. By booking this property, guests acknowledge and accept that access conditions to third-party amenities may change during their stay.

Guests can enjoy a unique blend of privacy and resort-style living, just a short drive from downtown La Paz, the Malecón, and local restaurants.



Getting Around:

A golf cart is included with your stay, making it easy to move around the resort, including the beach club, marina, and golf course.



For exploring La Paz and nearby attractions such as Balandra Beach, Todos Santos, or La Ventana, we recommend having a rental car.



IMPORTANT NOTICE:

The villa includes one golf cart with seating for up to 4 passengers.

If you would like to rent an additional golf cart for added convenience and easier transportation around the resort for your group, please let us know in advance so we can check availability and coordinate the reservation.

Please note that an additional golf cart is available at an extra cost and is subject to availability at the time of request.

Upon arrival, guests will be asked to sign a golf cart liability waiver and leave a refundable security deposit. The deposit will be fully refunded at the end of the stay, provided the golf cart is returned in the same condition in which it was received.

* Maximum occupancy: 7 guests.

* The published rate includes up to 6 guests. The 7th guest is welcome for an additional fee of USD $100 per night.

* Please include all guests in your reservation before arrival so we can complete the required resort registration.

* The Full Condo, Main 2BR, and Main 3BR include one golf cart. Drivers must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license. A signed liability waiver and a refundable security deposit are required.

* Resort amenities, including beach clubs, pools, restaurants, and the golf course, are subject to availability, maintenance schedules, and resort policies. Some amenities or services may require reservations, minimum consumption, or additional fees.

* Vistamar is a private residential community where the pool, gym, and other common areas are shared with residents and guests.

Once your booking is confirmed and before your arrival, you will receive a registration link from our secure guest verification platform, SafeGuest, either by email or message. This quick registration helps us have everything ready for your check-in and ensures a smooth arrival experience. As part of the process, you'll also be asked to either place a security deposit hold or choose the damage protection insurance option. Please rest assured that this is a completely secure process, and any information you provide is used solely for your reservation and registration.
