**Please note that our condo is located on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. However, as a top floor corner unit, you'll enjoy a peaceful stay with only one neighbor to consider, and no noise from above.

Amenities Galore!
- Free parking: 1 parking pass included for dedicated parking lots. There is a compact car only parking lot on building property, and there is overflow parking right near the building in a separate parking lot for all vehicles. However, free street parking is usually available(except during concert weekends when it is usually taken).
-BEACH SUPPLIES. Cabinet stocked with 6 beach chairs and an umbrella, these are as is, we do replace them as they break but not every guest takes good care of them.
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds, including a brand-new 12" Nectar queen mattress and a bunk bed with comfy twin mattresses. Brand new high quality pillows. The bunk has nice mattresses comfy for adults also!
- Full dresser in bedroom, and space to hang clothes
- Washer and dryer in unit for convenience
- Queen pull-out mattress in the living room for extra sleeping space. Roomy enough for 2 kids, or 2 adults.
- Bathroom with bathtub and hot water
- 2 TVs, including a 55" smart TV in the living room
- Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating in every room
- High-speed WiFi
- Essentials included: linens, towels, soap
- Fully stocked kitchen with cooking essentials, dishes, and silverware
