You’re just a short, easy stroll from the delightful restaurants and charming shops of Old Town La Quinta. Plus, you’ll find a beautiful park right across the street, as well as a Wellness Center with a full gym + fitness classes for those who like to stay active even while on vacation. 5 min drive to the Silver Rock Golf Course, the Polo Fields and Indian Wells Tennis Center!

Step outside to your private and cozy backyard and you’ll find a peaceful oasis. Lounge by the pool, grill up a juicy burger under the sun, or cozy up around the fire pit while watching the sun set behind the majestic mountain tops.

Parking:
Garage parking available for 1 car and/or driveway parking for two cars. There is also plenty of street parking.

Pool/Spa Heating:
Pool and/or spa heating is an available option for an extra fee. Pool heating (includes spa) is $75 per day and spa only is $35 per day (4 hour max). For guests who desire more frequent pool/spa heating during your stay, you may pay based on your actual gas consumption based on the gas meter reading via the gas utility bill.

Dogs:
We are pet friendly! We welcome dogs up to 50 pounds. We require a $150 pet deposit and if no additional pet related cleaning (or damage) is needed after your check out, then $100 will be refunded, and $50 goes towards your pet's stay.
