Seamless booking process… Room was as described. Beautiful space for the price, building felt secure and there was plenty of street parking. Only con was the walls were thin - I could hear neighbors on both sides, although it was mostly telephone conversations, no excessive noise.

The room was clean and quiet. When I came back on Friday night there was a *very* loud party going on on the guest for, but in the room I heard nothing. Great location near grocery store, as well. Host communicated very quickly and effectively. I'd definitely stay there again.

Clean room, quiet and comfortable. The host was super responsive and pleasant. The area leaves a lot to be desired but it is certainly great value for the price. Would recommend for those on a budget and looking for a quiet and comfortable stay.

The room is located in a building on an avenue about ten blocks from the nearest metro station. It is small but functional; overall, it was clean, and the host was attentive. Areas for improvement: 1. The address does not match the one listed on the platform. After booking, you are informed—under the guise of "security"—that the actual address will only be provided a couple of days before your stay, and that it is "just around the corner" from the registered address. This is not true; it is actually several blocks away. Furthermore, the fact that the real address is not listed on the platform made us feel uneasy. 2. The bed and mattress are quite basic and, consequently, uncomfortable. We would recommend this accommodation for short stays of one to two nights, ideally for solo travelers. That aside, we found the stay reasonably acceptable in terms of value for money, especially when compared to other options in the city.

The building is older for sure. The picture of the room was extremely accurate. If you’re looking for a good price for a quick stay in LA it’s perfect. Street parking is good. DONT LOSE THE KEY FOB it’s ridiculous the lost fee price is. I was able to negotiate down but still. I’d recommend you tie the key fob somewhere. The hotel is in a kinda sketch area, I’m not so scared I’m from a sketch area myself, so I know how to handle. If you’re from a “picture perfect” suburb you’ll be shaking in ur boots. It’s a not a bad area just keep your eyes open don’t be dumb. Parking is good everywhere no issues.

Honestly, communication was amazing. The price point seemed exceptional when I booked. I’m a 6.5 hour flight away from the location, and had no idea what to expect. Upon arrival i as met with a man with a large metal pipe asking me for money, broken car window glass all over the sidewalk, I couldn’t get inside the place as I received the wrong code, we were allowed in by someone coming out. Remote didn’t work for the television, bed extremely loud and uncomfortable and the tenant with the eviction filled the hallway with weed smells. In the morning when going outside, I was met by a drug deal and a man running at me with blood all over his face. Booked for five nights, stayed one. Booked in a much safer feeling location/environment for the remainder of my stay. I did voice my safety concern to the host, but was met with “cancel so we can re-book” Just a completely hellish ordeal. I love booking through this app and have stayed all over the world. This is by far the worst.
