The Neighborhood:

Smoky Mountain Bliss Cabin is located in the beautiful Grandview Resort. As you enter the resort, Wahoo Ziplines is situated at the entrance, along with the community pool. Enjoy all the amenities the resort offers, to include sports pool, hot tub, and the kiddie pool with splashing spout water! Although Wahoo Ziplines is a separate entity, they kindly offer our guests 50% off of ziplining during your stay. Resort Pool is Open Memorial Day until Labor Day from 8am-9pm.

Other Things to Note:

*Hot tubs take a few hours to heat up after they have been cleaned and sanitized after the previous guests checked out

* All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not

*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day

*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance, or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission

*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing

*Driveway will fit 2 to 3 vehicles, depending on size

*Bears occasionally wander through, so please keep vehicle and home doors locked, trash secured and food inside
