The updated kitchen opens to the dining area, making it easy for everyone to enjoy meals together.

Outside, the expansive deck is the star of the show—take in the endless views of Deep Creek Lake while enjoying outdoor dining or grilling out. The lower level offers a second living area with another fireplace, along with a pool table and foosball for hours of entertainment. You'll also find a washer and dryer for your convenience. To complete your mountain-lake retreat, unwind in the private outdoor hot tub after a day on the lake or exploring the area. THIS HOME is not pet-friendly (undisclosed pet fee will be charged at 3x advertised pet fee). This home does not have cable tv; however, streaming is available using guest's own account. Be advised that this home has an exterior camera. Max. parking spaces: 4

IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old. Check-In is between 4 pm – 9 pm. Check-Out is by 10 am. Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit are not allowed. No pets allowed in any home that is not specifically listed as Pet Friendly. All Pet Friendly homes have a 2 dog limit; all other animals are prohibited

WHAT TO BRING: Supplies are not provided; plan to bring all paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, household items, supplies, beach towels. (Bed Sheets, Bath Towels, and Dishes are provided for home's max occupancy.) ​​​​​​​

WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS: (1) At time of booking- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement. (2) One day prior to arrival- You will receive Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info. [If you do not receive it by noon that day, check your spam folder. If you still don't see it please call us directly to ensure a smooth check-in].
