Welcome to this charming farm home just south of Tonasketâyour ideal home base for adventure, relaxation, and good family fun. With lush green grass, plenty of room to stretch out, and kidâfriendly play equipment (including a zipline!), this home is made for making memories. Tonasket is an outdoor loverâs paradise. Spend your days exploring incredible hiking trails, fishing local lakes and rivers, or heading out for hunting in the surrounding hills. Youâll also be just minutes from the Tonasket Rodeo Grounds, making it the perfect spot to enjoy all the community has to offer. Close to town, surrounded by nature, and full of comfort, this inviting home is ready to welcome youâwhether youâre staying for a night or settling in for a week

* Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
* No rearranging furniture, please.
* Keep doors and windows closed when A/C or heat is on.

No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the property.
Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas (if any). Dispose of butts properly.

* Please treat the home with respect.
* Wash dishes or load the dishwasher before checkout.
* Place used towels in the laundry basket or tub.
* Remove excess trash and use the provided bins.

Accidents happenâplease let us know right away so we can address them quickly.
You may be responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.

* Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
* No open flames or candles inside.

Water level does change, and we do get wind, make sure boats etc. are secured. Next Level Property Management is not liable for any damages that may be caused to tenants` personal property.

Our property uses a septic system, which requires special care to keep it functioning properly. Please help us by following these guidelines:
âą Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Items like wipes (even âflushableâ), feminine products, paper towels, or diapers can cause serious damage.
âą Avoid pouring grease, oils, coffee grounds, or food scraps down the sink. These can clog the system.
âą Use provided trash bins for all non-flushable items.
âą Please limit use of harsh chemicals (bleach, drain cleaners, etc.) as they can disrupt the system.
âą Conserve water when possibleârunning multiple long showers or loads of laundry back-to-back can overwhelm the system.
â ïž If a septic professional must be called to the property and the issue is determined to be caused by tenant misuse or negligence, the tenant may be held responsible for the full invoice.

Violation of house rules may result in extra fees, immediate termination of the booking, or loss of deposit.
