We love it when our guests have a fantastic time! Please keep the volume reasonable during City of Henderson quiet hours (10 PM–10 AM on weekends | 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays). Karaoke superstars and outdoor Fun are totally welcome—just dial it down when the neighbors are sleeping.

This is a registered-guests-only, no-party zone. We have exterior security cameras (facing outward) and a noise monitor (with no audio recording) to keep everyone safe and ensure that all our guests can enjoy the peaceful neighborhood vibe.
