Aloha! Enjoy this newly renovated, modern condo just steps away from World Famous Waikiki Beach with panoramic view of Diamond Head and Ocean views on the 28th floor of Waikiki Banyan. The condo is a true, large one-bedroom, with a King size bed in the bedroom, a queen sofa bed in the living room, and a Full kitchen. The building has a FREE secured covered parking, sunny pool deck with two hot tubs and fast Wi-Fi.

Fully renovated in July, 2025. Professionally cleaned after each guest. Security in lobby. Includes

Check Out Cleaning:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

Linens and towels:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, pillows and blanket are in the closet.

Waikiki is a vibrant and lively city, offering an exciting atmosphere just steps from world-class beaches, shopping, and dining. As with any bustling destination, you may occasionally hear the sounds of busy streets and city life.

For added comfort, noise-canceling earplugs can help ensure a restful stay. If you have online meetings or need a quieter environment, noise-canceling headphones can also be useful.

Kindly note: In accordance with Hawaii state law, the Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) rate will increase from 10.25% to 11% starting January 1, 2026. For reservations after this date, an additional 0.75% tax adjustment will apply. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this change.

Airbnb Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation is free if the guest cancels within 48 hours of booking their reservation, and at least 14 days prior to check-in time listed in the email confirmation. The guest also is able to cancel 7 days prior to check-in for a 50% refund of their nightly rate, as well as the cleaning fee, but they will be charged for the service fee. If the guest cancels less than 7 days prior to check-in or leaves early after check-in they will be charged for the full rate of the initial booking.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers prepaid and non-refundable expenses, as it provides protection against unforeseen circumstances that could potentially impact your vacation plans. This insurance safeguards your investment and helps mitigate any unexpected expenses that may arise.

This condo comes with a parking pass that will let you in and out of the secured, covered parking garage. There is also an electronic lock on the door for 24-hour access and you don`t have to worry about losing your keys!

The Waikiki Banyan parking height restriction is 6 feet 2 inches. However, cars that are over 6 feet in height, such as Chevy Suburban, Chevy Tahoe (most large SUV) cannot be parked on the 2nd floor or above. Since the ground floor parking spaces for large cars are very limited, we strongly suggest to rent cars that are 6 feet or under. We cannot be responsible if you have cars that are over 6 feet in height, and all ground floor parking is taken. Thank you very much for your understanding.

If building management issues a citation to us as owners and hosts, we may escalate the matter to Airbnb for further action. We would like to inform all guests that the recreation deck and all associated amenities at Waikiki Banyan will be closed for the duration of a scheduled construction project.

During this period, amenities such as the pool, BBQ area, and other deck facilities will not be accessible. While we strive to maintain a comfortable stay, please note that there may be construction-related noise and activity during the project timeline.
