Just minutes away from popular attractions such as Dubai Miracle Garden and Dubai Autodrome, the property provides easy access to leisure and entertainment while remaining comfortably residential.

The neighborhood is surrounded by a wide variety of dining options to suit every taste, including Wokyo Noodle Bar (Motor City), Spicy Lane Restaurant, The Monk Indo Chinese Restaurant – Arjan, Alliance, Mandi, Seafood, Barbecue & Coffee Shop Restaurant, Thai Taste Restaurant, and many more, all within a short drive.

Everyday essentials are easily accessible with nearby shops such as Day Night Minimart, Seven Plus Minimart, Cart Supermarket Arjan, and additional convenience stores in the area. Paid visitor parking is available for added convenience.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).


Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
