Guests have access to the entire property, including the kitchen, living areas, laundry facilities, and backyard. The home is completely private and is not shared with other guests.

Additional Information:

• Free street parking is available in front of the property. Please follow all posted parking regulations.

• We are a pet-friendly property. Please let us know at the time of booking if you will be bringing pets. Additional pet fees apply.

• To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a starter supply kit that includes shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent pods, trash bags, and other essential items. These supplies are intended to help you get started. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay.

• The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers cleaning before check-in and after check-out only. Additional cleaning services during your stay may be arranged for an extra fee.

• Guests are welcome to use the outdoor grill. Please leave it clean after use. A $80 cleaning fee will be charged if the grill is left excessively dirty.
