We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Paul’s beautiful home in Martha’s Vineyard! The property was exactly as described and even better in person. It was clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.Paul was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout our visit. The location was perfect for enjoying everything Martha’s Vineyard has to offer, and the home was a great place to come back to after a day of exploring. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommend Paul’s place to anyone looking for a beautiful and comfortable home on Martha’s Vineyard!

This house is a real find! We can find absolutely no faults with this rental. The hosts, Patty and Paul, were so nice and so responsive to any questions we had. The house was immaculate, beautifully furnished and well equipped . They thought of everything that we could possibly need. The location of the house was perfect! It was such a pleasure to come back to this cottage after any activity on the island. The house and patio became a highlight of our vacation. We would have no hesitation recommending this rental to anyone. Thank you Patty and Paul for such a great time!

Our stay at Paul & Patty's guest house exceeded our expectations in every way. From the warm welcome by Paul, to the well-appointed, thoughtfully designed and fully stocked kitchen, bathroom & living spaces, to the tour of their private gardens just before we checked out. Sparkling clean throughout. Super comfy bed. Knives sharper than our own! (and we are foodies who appreciate good knives), gas grill on the lovely deck surrounded by beautiful gardens, there was not a single thing we could have hoped for that they did not provide. The location is secluded, yet travel to anywhere on the island is easy. We can't wait to go back!

We had a fantastic stay at this guest home in Edgartown. Everything was exactly as described. It was clean (immaculate), beautifully decorated and designed, and incredibly peaceful. The space was brand new, and each area was thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The kitchen was especially impressive and truly fully equipped with new appliances, cookware, utensils, and thoughtful extras that make it feel immediately welcoming and easy to settle into. The hosts even left a few treats and essentials, so thoughtful, and the special touches made such a difference after traveling. It felt more like staying at a friend's beautifully designed home than a rental. We especially loved the property's privacy and relaxing on the porch and patio after long days exploring the island. The location was perfect!! Close to beaches, shopping, bike paths, and Morning Glory Farm, while still feeling quiet and tucked away. We woke up to chirping birds and even saw a deer walk by. Best of all worlds! The hosts were wonderful and made the entire experience easy and welcoming, including great local recommendations. This truly felt like a home away from home, and we would absolutely stay here again (and again). Highly recommend!!

As I shared with Paul and Patty, I rarely review properties…but this property exceeded our expectations. Brand new. Spotless. Beautifully finished. Great location, but most likely you will need a car or bikes….we opted for bikes and we could get almost everywhere on them within 5 miles or less. Close to harbor, great restaurants, cocktails and shopping. But the real win here is the home. The property has gorgeous landscaping and is very private. Plan on spending time on the front porch for coffee or the back porch for evening cocktails. The outdoor shower…just icing on this delicious cake!

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that great care had been taken to create a welcoming and relaxing environment. The property itself was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and surprisingly spacious, providing plenty of room to unwind and enjoy our time on the island. The host was exceptionally friendly, responsive, and helpful, offering recommendations and ensuring that every aspect of our stay was enjoyable. One of the highlights was the outdoor shower—it was truly amazing! It added such a unique and memorable touch to the experience and quickly became one of our favorite parts of the stay.If you're looking for a charming, comfortable, and well-appointed place to stay in Edgartown, this is it. We couldn't have been happier with our experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
