House Rules:

Please remember that you're staying in my home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

✅ Cleaning and Sanitization: Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property.

✅ Pet Fee: We understand that your furry companions are an integral part of your family, and we're thrilled to welcome them. For the comfort and well-being of both our human and animal guests, a non-refundable fee of 100 USD per pet is applicable per stay. This fee helps us maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our space, ensuring a pleasant experience for everyone.

✅ Enhancing Safety: Our Ring and Blink security cameras are strategically placed in common areas, such as the entryway and exterior (patio) of the property. The cameras are motion-activated and do not record continuously 24/7. They are in place to help ensure the safety and security of our guests, their belongings, and the property as a whole. Please note that there are no security cameras inside the house, as we fully respect your privacy.

✅ Parking: Available for 2 cars inside the garage. There is additional parking for 2 cars outside the garage. Don’t miss out on the FREE EV charging—charge up your car while you relax and explore, all at no extra cost!

✅ Quiet Hours Policy: To respect our neighbors and ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, we kindly ask that there be no excessive noise between 10 PM and 7 AM to comply with the City of Denison noise ordinance. Please keep voices and music at a considerate volume during these hours. NO parties or events are allowed. Thank you for your cooperation!

✅ Unauthorized Guest Policy: For the safety and comfort of all guests, only those listed in the reservation are permitted to stay on the property. Unauthorized visitors or overnight guests are not allowed without prior approval. Violations may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation without refund. Thank you for understanding!

Fines of up to $3,000 may be imposed for any damages, excessive cleaning required, or violations of house rules. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a welcoming environment!
